Dream BIG Disabilities was founded in 2018 in response to the industry's ‘profits before people’ mentality. Kim Sneddon, having decades of experience in both mental health and disability sectors, saw that many of these organisations were taking their customers for granted and they knew these people deserved better and they wanted more.

So we took things into our own hands, found some of the best Support Coordinators and Plan Managers around, and started to design a personalised service that would make every single customer feel valued and important. Dream BIG was born.

We put our values front and center. And that’s what makes us different. From the beginning, we showed up, willing to do what others weren’t willing to do. For us, there is no place for status quo, no room for hanging back, no time for waiting for an industry to make space for us.
